A century ago, when one talked about India, it was invariably about snake charmers, yogis and beggars in streets. Now IT is the main tag India shows, the progress it has made is certainly visible in growing strength of its currency (rupee) in international stock markets. Situated in the heart of Central India, Khajuraho is a temple town different from any other temple city of India. It is not about religion, worshipping and deities, instead temples in this fascinating village are famous for the eroticism etched on its walls in the form of sculptures. There are so many theories and controversies over eroticism depicted on the outer walls of temples in Khajuraho.

4: A Taipei experience
Taipei is the destination of wildlife lovers. The gorgeous national parks, with the amazing collections of birds, animals and plants, are the wonderful resources that the country is blessed with. Taipei Taiwan is the home island for more than 22 million people and so it is one of the highly populated places of the world. 6: A business trip to Hong Kong
Hong Kong is the gem city of the East. It is a paradigm for the other undeveloped cities of the world. You will be amazed to see the development that is thriving at each corner of the city. Every street of HK is flourishing with the business activities. I was deeply impressed at the hard work and the endurance of the Chinese in making their country a happening place of the world.

7: A business trip to Tokyo
Everything sells at Tokyo, the city of consumerism. The streets here are crowded with shoppers; money is flowing in the retail streets here. It is an amazing scene to watch the enthusiasm of the people towards the commercial activities of the capital city of Japan.

Having a traditional name as one of the tourist centers, Kuala Lumpur now has become a familiar name for business activities too; it is now in pace with Singapore and Hong Kong with thriving developments in fields such as Finance, Information Technology, Footwear and Petroleum.

9: Beijing
Though Beijing is an ancient city, used as the capital by many warlords, yet its modern history as a capital begins in the Yuan dynasty (1271-1368) under Kublai Khan, the great grandson of Chengis Khan. Beijing was built for inspiration- to awe the populace with the emperor's strength. Beijing meant for the occasions and ceremonies, which were performed to balance the Mandate of heaven as well as a safeguard of defense

Many large cities have skyscrapers that offer a view from the top. Hong Kong, as it so often does, takes a slightly different route and gives visitors Victoria Peak.

11: Hong Kong - The Star Ferry and Victoria Harbor
Founded as the Kowloon Ferry, the Star Ferry has been transporting passengers from the mainland to Hong Kong Island and back for over a hundred years. Over that time the view has changed, but the romance has not.

For a slightly quieter shopping experience than Nathan Road head over from Kowloon to Hong Kong Island and visit Stanley Market.

13: Hong Kong - Shopping in Nathan Road

18: Hong Kong - Hong Kong Museum of History
Hong Kong is a bustling, ultra-modern city with an ancient past. This contrast is captured and displayed to perfection in the Hong Kong Museum of History.
