6: Annapolis, Md. – History and a Naval Academy
Annapolis is the capitol of Maryland. It has a population of about 36,000 people and it is not far from the major cities of Washington DC and Baltimore Md. Annapolis is home of the United States Naval Academy, which was founded in 1845 and the home of St. John's College, founded in 1696 as King William's School. It is the third college in the United States. The city sits on the Severn River, only a couple of miles from Chesapeake Bay and was founded in 1649.

It is bordered on the east by the Atlantic Ocean and is the world’s largest natural harbor. Three rivers, the James, Nanesmond and Elizabeth flow into Chesapeake Bay. Colleges and Universities include Hampton University and the College of William and Mary. Average home prices for Cheasapeake homes start at around $250,000 to $300,000.

Entertainment. Burbank has a small town feel, and yet is only minutes away from Hollywood.

feet or 320 meters above mean sea level, Atlanta sits atop a
ridge south of the Chattahoochee River. Much of the river's
natural habitat is still preserved, in part by the Chattahoochee
River National Recreation Area.

Located in the rolling hills at an elevation of about 600 feet,
between the sea and the Blue Ridge Mountains, Athens is the
largest city in Clarke County, with a population slightly over
100,000. Since 1990, the governmental functions of Athens and
Clarke County have been consolidated, though the smaller town
of Winterville, continues to maintain some degree of autonomy.
Athens is located about 60 miles northeast of Atlanta, not far
from the South Carolina border.
